SupportWindow's remote access components were developed exclusively by Bytewiser Data Systems to provide an advanced level of remote support capability for it's customers. The SupportWindow help desk and personal remote access components are now marketed globally to software developers and IT support providers as well as individuals who need the ease of use and high performance it provides.
Our SupportWindow software allows our customers to have real time support on demand to every workstation in their organization with no up front investment. Once our free host software is installed on the workstations, all a user needs to do is click on the program icon and connect to our help desk where we can view the situation and advise or take control of the workstation and make corrections. Using SupportWindow, we can deliver real help in time increments as small as 5 minutes per session. Please review our Time Block pricing page for details on pricing options.
We also provide full time server monitoring with another of SupportWindow's components called the SupportWindow Service. With this component installed on a server, it gives us full time access to monitor server logs, check backups, add or remove users, install service packs, basically almost anything we could do if we were standing in front of the server. Best of all, we can do this without opening any incoming ports on your router!
