The minimum time charged for any remote session session instance is 5 minutes. After the initial 5 minutes is exhausted, addition time is decremented by the minute. Remaining minutes stay in our customer time pool database. When the customer's time pool is exhausted, an additional block of minutes will be added and billed according to the customer's requested preference. If minutes remain in our database for a period of 2 years with no requested support session by the customer, the account will be assumed to be extinct and the record purged from our database.

Note that this pricing assumes that you are a current network customer whom we have agreed may pay by invoice. Other customers must purchase minutes using the SupportWindow Host application through it's PayPal interface. Minutes may be purchased through the built in PayPal interface using a credit card in either 30 minute or 60 minute blocks. You must connect to our console using the SupportWindow Host software and then click on the Time button and then the Purchase Time menu choice.
